The Gillette Ad is Gold

 

The Gillette ad everyone’s been talking about for the past few days, cobbled together by Grey Advertising for Proctor and Gamble’s razor company, Gillette, doesn’t detail product attributes, encourage brand loyalty, instill warm feelings in buyers, or even show basic respect for consumers. Instead, the grimly lecturing spot declares masculinity is toxic, a peril to decent society.
