Surprise Decision in Mueller Probe


In a surprise decision that took the wind out of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s sails and took the special council’s team down more than a few notches, Judge Ellis handed Paul Manafort a surprisingly light sentence of 47 months or just under four years. Ellis rejected federal sentencing guidelines that recommended Manafort serve up to 24 years, a sentence, taking Manafort’s age into consideration, that would have effectively seen him spend the remainder of his life behind bars.

  1. Terminated this morning on YT, but back this evening. What happened? How can they say you committed multiple violations of their TOS, then re-instate you hours later?
