Approximately 1,300 Central Americans and Cubans escaped an immigration holding facility in southern Mexico Thursday evening.
The escape was recorded on a cell phone. In the video, dozens can be seen running out the doors of the facility as facility guards stand by and watch them. According to Mexican authorities, the facility did not have any measures to contain inhabitants.
