The Supreme Court Has Spoken

 

Many Californians are still recovering from the mortgage and foreclosure crisis that cost millions of Americans their homes. While the national and state economies have rebounded, housing remains unaffordable in California. Yet, instead of helping struggling homeowners, two Democratic governors and the Democrat-controlled Legislature have stolen funds set aside to help homeowners who suffered as a result of questionable lending practices. This is a betrayal to all California residents.
