How about d. The Senior Executive Service who do mutiny from what I understand. Would they have true control? I wonder who truly is in charge of the CFR, the UNNWO, NATO, WHO, for direction of funds, and well The CDC is a Corporation. Does he have veto power?

Oh perhaps those responsible for putting that into effect don’t feel the need to do as the boss says. I’d like to know who signs the check – a computer perhaps. I think this needs more investigation before totally trashing President Trump.
