I think that the following list shows the departments and employees under the Executive Branch of US government that must wear the mask when on duty. And I also suggest that these officers and employees of these Executive departments that are located in the D.C. Muriel Bowser’s jurisdiction wear these masks at all times to save our government enforcement cost expenditures and to prevent selective enforcement of this rule. If this is not done to satisfy the legal requirements of a mayor’s “mandate”, then the mandate is null and void and shall be officially rescinded and withdrawn by the mayor.
