According to the the Interim Playbook for Jurisdiction Operations, a key policy goal of the CDC’s Advisory Committee, is to determine critical populations for the Warp-Speed injection, including those groups identified to receive the first available doses when supply is expected to be limited.
Well, that includes almost everyone – except pharma executives, the elite rich….criminals.
