The New York National Guard has been deployed to airports across N.Y. state to assist the health department in the travel advisory screening process.
A total of 36 states and two U.S. territories are currently on New York’s advisory list. Anyone arriving at a New York airport from one of those areas must quarantine for 14 days or face possible fines. Essential workers are excluded.
Sounds like they are trying to desensitize the masses by getting them used to seeing National Guards posted at designated sites. It’s starting . . . . how long before we see boots on the ground in the streets?
