More than 200 U.S. Marines Arrive in Philadelphia to Assist FEMA

More than 200 Marines and U.S. Navy sailors have arrived in Philadelphia to support a FEMA mass inoculation operation. The Center City Vaccination Center is setting-up shop in the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
